The Holy Trinity Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre 2007
Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaThe goal is a GSM blend reminiscent of southern Rhone reds. The style is definitely rich enough with its warm, earthy, black raspberry nose and generous dollops of vanilla, spice and liquorice notes. The attack is warm and round with more black raspberry and peppery fruit with bits of orange, liquorice and some elevated acidity in the finish. A big warm juicy red for lamb dishes.Tasted: 04 July 2011Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $40.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
