Sperling Vineyards Pinot Gris 2009
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOpen spicy, earthy, creamy, honey nose with nutty lees and baked pear aromas. The attack is dry and austere with lemon, mineral, nutty, honey, baked citrus and apple skin flavours. Similarly the finish is lean but long. Definitely needs food to shine.Tasted: 25 June 2011Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $19.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - Trialto Wine Group |
