This all Carneros chardonnay save three percent Sonoma Valley is barrel fermented and aged "sur-lie" for 8 months in only 16 percent new oak. Multiple Carneros site and complexity to what is a very elegant style California chardonnay with citrus and nectarine fruit and spicy highlights. We love the nutty lees and elegant honey, mango, baked apple flavours. Drink now with lobster, crab, veal and or creamy pasta dishes.
