Garda, Verona, Veneto, ItalyLe Prunée definitely seems to be on the upswing. Cleaner with more merlot character it is an interesting bottle of red wine although the artificial cork is a drag to open. The fruit is sweet and spicy with soft textures and black fruit flavours with just touch of rubber in its dry back end.
