McLaren Vale, South Australia, AustraliaRed Knot reminds us of Oz shiraz about a decade ago when the fruit was dark and ripe and the acidity was under control. Love the spicy, juicy, black fruit with bits of chocolate and toasted oak. Rich,round, soft and drinkable.
