Township 7 Merlot 2007
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaChocolate, prune, black cherry, tobacco leaf, peppery, vanilla, coffee bean aromas with a meaty note. Round, supple, dry, elegant palate with smoky Northwest herbal, cassis, peppery, coffee, barnyard flavours flecked with tobacco, vanilla, leather, olive flavours. Somewhat oaky style but well balanced. This could use a year or two in bottle to fully matured. Try it with a prime rib roast.Tasted: 26 December 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $25.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
