Umbria, ItalyButter, honey, citrus, floral, waxy, leesy nose with bits of vanilla and baked pear aromas. Fresh, crisp, juicy and dry with good elegance and a bit of austerity. Spicy lees, honey, butter, lime, quince, nutty, grapefruit, green apple flavours. Good finesse and length but youthful, needs one or two years to really shine.
