Big peppery, soy, prune plum, cedar, liquorice, jammy, leather, barnyard, blackberry nose, very good complexity. Ripe, rich, round, dry, warm but fresh with good acidity. Soy, cedar, blackberry, boysenberry, liquorice, dried herb, savoury, mineral, rooty flavours. Very good fruit and concentration but not extracted or warm.
