Calchaqui Valley, Salta, North, ArgentinaSpicy, peppery, barnyard, meaty, black cherry, tobacco, coffee, savoury, cassis, iron aromas. Ripe, round, rich, dry and warm on the palate with fresh acidity. Black cherry, black olive, tobacco, plum, mineral, licorice, dark chocolate, vanilla, roasted meat flavours. Very warm finish but good concentration with some light tannin to shed. Serve a bit cool with grilled meat as this is about 15.5% alcohol.
