Nova Scotia, CanadaLight fine mousse. Nutty, honey, earthy, toasty, candied apple, very mature nose. Fresh, somewhat austere style with light brut sweetness. Very toasty, cashew, honey, citrus, baked pear, soapy floral flavours. A bit bitter on the finish but solid, mature style if a bit oxidative.
