Cariñena, Aragon, SpainOpen peppery, liquorice, black cherry, orange, cedar, floral, slightly meat nose. Dry, fresh, slightly tight entry with cedar, tobacco, cherry, raspberry, liquorice, clove, vanilla, earthy, floral flavours. Good fruit but could use a bit more extract to balance the acidity.
