Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaThe current release of this Barossa vineyard blend (sixteenth consecutive) offers a very spicy, peppery, curry, garrigue, herbal, blueberry, black berry, menthol, and espresso, liquorice nose with a touch of cooked carrot and vanilla - very good aromatics and complexity. The palate is full, round, dry and very warm with round tannins and tart acidity. Smoky, curry, peppery, savoury, blackberry, blueberry, vanilla, coffee flavours. Finish has good fruit and complexity with bit of heat and acidity poking through the finish.
