Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Blasted Church gris is definitely aromatic with bright notes of pineapple, grape fruit rind and nectarine skin. The entry is soft and a touch sweet with warm honey, vanilla flavours mixed with some green apple notes. The finish is soft with butter, canned grapefruit and mineral flavours. The addition of five percent viognier has given the gris a bit of extra weight and mid-palate fat. Ready-to-drink.
