Douro Valley, Northern Portugal, PortugalPeppery, black tea, prune, tobacco, blackberry jam, floral, fig, resin, licorice, smoky aromas. Ripe, round, warm slightly fiery palate with light tannins. Good acidity and on the dryer side but a tad raisiny. Chocolate, licorice, peppery, black tea, prune plum, tobacco, dried fig and black cherry flavours.
