Greve, Florence, Tuscany, ItalyPeppery, smoky, meaty, black cherry, resin, sweaty saddle leather, tobacco, rooty, dried herb aromas with a hint of vanilla, chocolate and cooked carrot. Dry, round, moderately supple palate but warm and a bit tart. Coffee, peppery, meaty, tobacco, licorice, rosemary, floral, black olive and black cherry flavours with a somewhat rustic, gamey, leather finish. Best with food or keep 2-4 years.
