Valle del Maule, Region del Valle Central, ChileEvery year this wine gets a little leaner and fresher, and so it should. Almost oak free, except for a small amount of barrel fermented juice that is added for texture, the '08 is fresh and clean with more mineral, peach pit and tropical fruit notes.
