Valle del Maule, Region del Valle Central, ChileGranny Smith apple, gooseberry, citrus rind and mineral nose, quite cool. Round, full but elegant and very crisp with lots of grapefruit, mineral, green apple skin and gooseberry flavours with a dry, rind-y, slightly grassy finish.
