Chateau de Serame Minervois 2006

Minervois, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceBig colour. Very smoky, meaty, garrigue, leather, tobacco, black cherry, chocolate, barnyard, licorice aromas. Rich, round, supple, full but elegant palate with good acidity and slightly dry tannins. Warm with peppery, floral, black cherry, plum, cedar, garrigue, licorice, herbal, chocolate flavours. Good intensity for a young wine that will benefit from a year or two in bottle.Tasted: 26 September 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
