Masi Tupungato Passo Doble 2007
Tupungato, Valle de Uco, Tunuyán, Central Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaSlightly reduced, rubbery nose upon opening but with time it blows off. Look for coffee, vanilla, blackberry, clove, herbal aromas with a round, dry, supple style red and black cherry jam, spicy, clove, coffee, tobacco, vanilla, cedar bark flavours. It finishes warm with a bit of acid poking through the back end. The blend is 62 malbec, 30 corvina and eight per cent merlot.Tasted: 22 June 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $17.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
