Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNew package now under screwcap and the difference is noticeable. Big fresh nose of citrus and green apples with a squeeze of lemon and mineral. The flavours are similar with green apple, grapefruit rind, and just a touch of butter to soften the finish. It finishes round and touch warm with bits of orange and more mineral notes.
