Crozes Hermitage, Northern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceOpen spicy tobacco compost, licorice root nose with bits of saddle leather and meaty notes. Round, dry, elegant palate with light tannins. Black cherry, compost, tobacco, peppery, spicy, orange peel, resin flavours. Decent concentration but the finish is tight and a bit tart.
