Smoky, gamey, beefy, peppery, saddle leather, tobacco, mushroom, rooty aromas. Dry, somewhat tart, young palate with some gritty tannin. Cherry, coffee, vanilla, peppery, leather, rooty, compost, gamey flavours. Finish is fruity but warm and quite tart and dry.
