Barone Ricasoli Brolio Chianti Classico 2003

Tuscany, ItalyFine spicy, savoury, plum, black cherry, gamey nose with some floral, barnyard notes. Dry, ripe, round and slightly tannic on the palate but well balanced. Ripe black cherry, earthy, tobacco, compote, spicy pepper flavours with a cream cola finish. Very sangiovese with some acidity and light tannins but very good ripe fruit intensity. Will improve over the next 1-2 years.Tasted: 01 November 2005Tasted by: Stuart TobePrices:
