Van Westen Vineyards Viognier 2007
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFloral, spicy, ginger, butter, quince aromas with a touch of lemon oil and white peach. Crisp, round, slightly oily palate with minty, lemon oil, green apple skin, floral, ginger, light lees and nectarine flavours. Good solid fruit expression, a bit tight now with a hot finish. Should improve over the next year. Getting better every year.Tasted: 29 November 2008Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $25.00 | 750ml | winery direct and private wine shops |
