Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFresh bright ginger, honey, lees, lemon peel, baked apple nose with light struck match aromas. Dry, fresh, juicy, slightly austere but with a full palate. Grapefruit, ginger, lees, light orange, honey and mango flavours. Good intensity and length with the ability to age further and a great match for halibut.
