Chablis, Burgundy, FranceLight garlic, lemon, baked green apple, leesy, floral, oyster shell, butter, quince aromas with a touch of vanilla. Rich, fresh, elegant, crisp palate but good texture and intensity. Sea shell, seaweed, lemon, green apple skin, butter, light honey flavours with a touch of butterscotch and lime rind on the finish.
