Chablis, Burgundy, FranceMineral, sea shell, flinty, citrus, pear skin, buttery, slightly floral nose but slightly closed at this point. Dry, fresh, crisp but round and delicate. Butter, mineral, chalky, sea shell, green apple, lees, spicy, nutty, pear flavours with a finely delineated acid on the finish to keep the focus. Very fine but young with a buttery finish.
