Sandhill Small Lots Program One Phantom Creek Vineyard 2005

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWeedy, earthy, herbal, black olive, rooty, licorice, cassis, cranberry and wet tobacco aromas. Dry, round, elegant palate but a bit lean with light, dry tannins and a touch of acidity. Cranberry, tobacco, resin, savoury, mocha oak, sour cherry, licorice and olive flavours. A bit too oaky and tart at the end - needs more fruit intensity and less oak.Tasted: 03 May 2008Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices: BC 34.99 winery direct online only AB 32.99 fine wine shops Producer: Sandhill WinesDistributors: Andrew Peller Import Agency
