Empordà, Ampurdain-Costa Brava, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainThe Black soil 'terres negres' blend is made with cariñena/cabernet sauvignon that typically come to the winery fully ripe. The nose is understated showing some spice and vanilla from the year in new oak. Like the other Espelt wines it's the balance of fruit and savoury, smoky, black fruit flavours that make this wine so easy to enjoy.
