Chablis, Burgundy, FranceLight butterscotch, garlic lees, floral, butter, oyster shell, honey aromas with a touch of spice and quince. Ripe, round, rich, elegant, fresh palate with lemon, flint, butter, garlic, nutty lees, quince, green apple flavours with a touch of iodine and smoke on the finish. Great acidity and finesse, should improve for the next 3-7 years under screw cap.
