Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaBlack olive, resin, menthol, green bean, cassis, coffee, tobacco leaf (very cabernet) aromas. On entry it is dry and somewhat tannic with a lean, slightly acidic edge. The mid-palate is full bodied with peppery, resin, earthy, coffee, vanilla, cassis, tobacco flavours. The finish is warm, with some elevated acidity and edgy tannins.
