Peter Lehmann Mentor 1999
Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaThe fruit is sourced from old, dry farmed vines in the Barossa. The blend is 57/20/14/9 cabernet sauvignon, merlot, shiraz and malbec. Look for a spicy, peppery, toasty vanilla, coffee aromas with nice waxy, black cherry, smoky leather notes. Rich, ripe and round with good concentration and some ripe tannins. Sweet cassis, plum, coffee, vanilla peppery spicy flavours. Good intensity, a touch warm but with fine aging potential.Tasted: 04 September 2003Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $39.99 | 750ml | Specialty |
