Cotes de Bourg, Cotes de Bordeaux, Bordeaux, FrancePeppery, earthy, smoky, black olive, cedar aromas. Soft, round, dry palate with light, cedar-y tannins. Spicy, rootsy, earthy, peppery, mineral, black olive, coffee flavours. Needs a year to soften out on the finish but will be fine for beef.
