Kaiken Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
Agrelo District, Luján de Cuyo, Northern Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaThis is a full-metal jacket cabernet with the savoury black fruit nose. On the palate you get a bit of minerality with fine acid and more spicy, blueberry cassis and coffee mocha fruit. It's big but the tannins are fine-grained with some black olive, cigar flavours in the finish. Made to age but you can drink it now with a steak. There is ten per cent malbec in the blend.
