Bridlewood Syrah 2004

Central Coast, California, United StatesBridlewood does whole berry fermentation in open top tanks before ageing its syrah in French oak. Look for light floral overtones on the nose with bits of vanilla and milk chocolate. The palate is extremely inviting with pleasing meaty dark cassis fruit streaked with cool hints of violets and licorice. Well made uncomplicated, easy drinking at a great price.Tasted: 21 October 2007Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
