Tuscany, ItalySmoky, peppery, garrigue, floral, black cherry, cassis, vanilla, licorice root and coffee aromas with a tobacco, cedar streak underneath. Rich, round, dry palate with some tight tannin. Peppery, smoky, resin, black cherry, meaty, licorice, cedar, black olive and tobacco flavours. Tight, youthful tannin finish, this is a bit more austere in style than the Ilatria.
