Puente Alto, Valle del Maipo, ChileCedar bark, cassis, peppery, earthy, barnyard, chocolate, saddle leather nose with a mint, floral note. The palate is dry and elegant with cedar-y tannins. Big cedar bark, cassis, minty, peppery, cherry, olive, floral, mineral flavours with some meaty, Band-Aid on the finish. Elegant with vibrant acidity but the cedar bark character dominates at this point.
