Santa Cruz Mountains, San Francisco Bay, California, United StatesBig spicy, peppery, cassis, chocolate, licorice, vanilla, earthy, clove, briar aromas with a touch of coffee, very good aromatics. Round, supple, dry, slightly tannic entry but good finesse. Cedar, coffee, cassis, spicy, peppery, olive, tobacco, orange peel, mineral flavours with a smoky, licorice finish. Young with good concentration but slightly austere. Needs 5-7 years but will improve.
