Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSimilar to last year it opens with dill, olive, tobacco and sweet vanilla notes mixed with milk chocolate, cedar, sweaty saddle, gamey aromas. Dry, round, supple palate with slightly dry tannins. Spicy, vanilla, floral, cola, chocolate, cherry jam, resiny, licorice flavours.
