Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSmoky, cedar, meaty, saddle leather, cooked carrot, cranberry, vanilla aromas. Dry, round, elegant palate with light tannins. Smoky, resin, peppery, tobacco, cranberry, black olive, vanilla, spicy resin flavours with a leathery, gamey finish. The finish is a bit acidic and dry at this point but it has potential to improve in the bottle. Hold two to three years.
