Martinborough, Wairarapa, North Island, New ZealandVery spicy, floral, cherry, savoury, cranberry jam, rootsy, gamey aromas. Fresh, round, dry, slightly tight palate with good finesse. Gamey, celery, minty, rhubarb, cherry, savoury, balsamic flavours. Good elegance but a bit lean and tart overall.
