Vinho Regional Terras do Sado, Setúbal Peninsula, Central and Southern Portugal, PortugalPeriquita has really been clean up in the past two vintages smoothing out in the mouth and shedding the animal notes. It's still a Euro style red that calls for sausages and the like but it has enough dry, black cherry fruit flavours to keep it interesting.
