Vinho Regional Terras do Sado, Setúbal Peninsula, Central and Southern Portugal, PortugalThe new Periquita has put on a modest bit of weight and mouthfeel and shed some of the gamy notes that can impair fruit flavours. The entry is dry and smooth with fine black cherry fruit flavours streaked with licorice. Dry round and smooth with fresh acidity this is a terrific grilled meat wine.
