Cave Spring Cellars Riesling Off Dry 2005

Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaNot quite as clean as the 2004 at this point but still sporting the same aromatics and that mouth-watering peachy mineral fruit flavours. I suspect this will progress in bottle. Try again in early 2007. Love the price.
