Cave Spring Cellars Riesling Off Dry 2004

Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThis fresh all stainless steel fermented riesling with a dash of residual sugar is as good as it gets for the price. In fact, the Ontario price is probably too low for the quality of this wine. Semi-dry it offers a mix of grapefruit with peachy/orange undertones and just enough mineral to keep it interesting.
