Miguel Torres Manso de Velasco 1999
Valle del Curicó, Region del Valle Central, ChileThis is an excellent version of the Velasco. Big rich ripe and still taut for its age. It is ice to see 1000 per cent varietal cabernet with some bottle age. The fruit is plummy and deep with cedar and mint veins and fine length. The finish is firm but balanced with smoky wild berry overtones. Very well proportioned and will continue to improve in bottle.Tasted: 08 June 2006Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:ON | $39.00 | 750ml | winery private collection |
