Jumilla, Valencia and Murcia, SpainBitter chocolate, black cherry, licorice root, gamey, savoury nose. Rich, round and ripe as it hits the palate with quite grainy, dry tannins. Black cherry jam, coffee, peppery, licorice, spicy, floral, meaty flavours. Warm, astringent and somewhat high in acidity at the finish.
