Champagne Dom Pérignon 1998

Champagne, FranceFine (small), continuous mousse previews a clean fresh brioche, nutty nose with citrus, cherry, creamy, lemon aromas. Dry, elegant, crisp, and full-bodied on the palate. Fine baked green apple, nutty, toasty, lemon peel flavours streaked with floral, mineral, pear skin notes. Long, elegant and crisp with finesse. Should age well for 3-10 years or enjoyable now. Excellent offering as usual.Tasted: 14 December 2005Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
