Sicily, ItalyRich meaty, spicy, floral nose with red licorice, chocolate, white pepper and savoury black cherry jam note. Dry, round, supple, grainy tannins. Warm entry with peppery, bitter chocolate, black cherry, mocha, spicy sausage and plum flavours. A bit lean and young at this point but it should fatten up over time.
