Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaAged in French and American oak. Made from a collection of growers with vines over 100 years old that meet strict quality criteria. Blackberry jam, licorice, coffee bean, resin, mineral, saddle leather aromas with some peppery, game tones. Fat, rich warm and round despite some youthful tannin with blackberry jam, coffee, smoky vanilla, peppery, sweet vanilla fruit flavours. Should improve in the bottle.
